Ok, so this is a different post than normal, but I just really wanted to share this recipe. The hubby LOVES it and it's great for putting on top of fish, meat, chips... just about anything.
1 purple onion
1 medium red pepper
1/2 bunch cilantro
juice from 1 lime
jalepeno to taste
Dice the mangos, onion and pepper. Chop cilantro. Juice lime. Mix in a bowl. Add minced jalepeno to taste (I usually taste the jalepeno first to see how hot it is). Enjoy!
